Uppertier Roofing Services Ltd have now been trading in the roofing sector since January 2011. We specialise in the following; slating, tiling, built up felt roofing, PVC roofing membranes, guttering and lead work and general repairs.

We are members of the following organisations: CONSTRUCTIONLINE, CHAS, CIS and all employees have been DBS checked. Uppertier Roofing Services Ltd is also a SARNAFIL approved contractor and an ARMOURPLAN PVC approved contractor with SIG.

References can be provided from schools and government organisations upon request. Uppertier Roofing Services Ltd have an excellent health and safety record over the past 7 years, which is closely monitored by H and S Consultants Darlington.

We hold a £5 million public liability cover and a £10 million employer’s liability cover.

Being a listed building and having to go the Planning and Conservation officers of DCC, conditions could have been placed on the replacement of this roof, Jason offered to speak to the council on my behalf, although this was not needed in the end, the offer was appreciated. Most of the roof slates had slipped cracked and perished and needed to he replaced. Jason colour and sized matched the welsh slate exactly. To stand back and look at the completed roof you would never know it was new, which is the biggest complement an owner of a listed building can give. The team worked constantly, where very pleasant with neighbours and tourists alike. Meticulately clean site, swept at the end of every day. One very happy customer who would/will recommend to others.
